That’s a Swedish Meat-a Ball-a!

Three plates of Swedish meatballs and a shelf… Ikea was very good to us today. The funny part being that it took standing in line for 30 minutes to get the meatballs, and only 5 minutes to pay for the shelf. The other 4 hours and 25 minutes of our afternoon were spent wandering around the store, drooling over furnishings and stuff.

I think in the back of our minds, with Heather in the center of a large store and with lots of people around, we thought that Caleb would decide to embarrass us as much as possible (i.e. “hey look Ma… time to break the water!”). Instead, he was the perfect little baby. He didn’t make a peep the entire time.

5 hours later, tired of walking (and void of drool)… we left Ikea.

This evening we’re pushing our luck even more. We’ve headed over to Stone Mountain to have dinner with my folks. At this distance, it’s a good 45 minutes to the hospital. We live life on the edge! Even sky divers fear us.

So, if you were hoping to hear news about a birth, it’s going to be another day. Keep coming back, and I’ll do my best to keep posting.

See ya then!
